Terms & Conditions – 777t Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777t ("777t", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777t platform available at 777t.one, including all associated products, services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the 777t Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777t Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which you must satisfy at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 777t strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777t operates as an international platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in any specific territory, including Pakistan. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform at their own risk and sole responsibility.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 777t Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 777t Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change;
• You are the named account holder and will not allow any third party to use your account;
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account;
• You will notify 777t support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

777t reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that an account is being used in breach of these Terms or in connection with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

777t may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to provide identity verification documentation. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The 777t Platform processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the 777t cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Funds deposited are credited to your 777t wallet upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. 777t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• 777t reserves the right to conduct verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. We may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and the source of funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as set out on the cashier page.
• We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or decline a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity in account activity.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. 777t does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control and remain your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777t may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, or other promotional incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each promotion is available once per user, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
• 777t reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where 777t has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is abusing a promotion – including through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordinated betting patterns – it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Participation in any 777t promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms and these general Terms.

6. Casino & Betting Rules

All casino games offered on the 777t Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply across all gaming products:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested. 777t does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and represent long-term statistical averages over a large number of rounds. Individual session results will vary.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a genuine technical error affecting a game outcome, 777t reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at time of confirmation apply.
• 777t reserves the right to void any bet that is the result of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"). Such errors will be communicated to affected users promptly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 777t Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate any game mechanics, RNG systems, or security measures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your financial institution in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777t Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, interface design, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 777t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777t and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Interruptions or cessation of Platform access;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

777t is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly encourage all users to:

• Set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits through their account settings;
• Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties;
• Take regular breaks and never chase losses;
• Use the self-exclusion facility available in their 777t account if gambling is causing harm.

Users who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing their 777t account for the duration selected. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and will be honoured promptly. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek assistance from a qualified support organisation in your region. 777t staff will not provide financial or medical advice.

11. Suspension & Termination

777t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached these Terms or any applicable law;
• Continued operation of your account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 777t;
• Your account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently by a third party;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Any genuine, verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful completion of any applicable verification checks, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777t is incorporated. Users access the Platform subject to their own local laws and acknowledge that 777t makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan and elsewhere bear sole responsibility for compliance with local regulations applicable to online gambling.

13. Amendments

777t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by notifying you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
